What makes a hinge quiet, smooth and durable?

     First of all, it should be the material.  There are roughly two types of hinges on the market: iron and stainless steel.  Iron material is low in cost, but it is extremely easy to rust.      Thirdly, the bearing is the core of whether a hinge is smooth.  Many hinges do not have bearings and are opened and closed solely by the support of the material itself.  In this case, it is not smooth to use and is prone to noise.  Our hinges can be equipped with 4 bearings, which can ensure long-term smoothness and quietness during use, providing a very good user experience.
